Dr Manroop Takhar
Managing Director
Manroop has over 10 years of experience in the digital marketing and IT industry. Prior to his role at Qudos he has held strategic positions at technology and analytics leader LGC and in the banking sector. He has successfully established IT and Outsourcing firm Qudos BPO and his principle role now is to establish Qudos Digital as one of UK’s leading digital marketing agencies. Manroop has a doctorate degree from Queen Mary University College London
Vishal Mavadia
Head of Operations
Having graduated from Loughborough University in Aeronautical Engineering, followed by working for Technology leaders including Rolls-Royce plc and groupe Safran, Vishal has since been able to apply his Business skills to Qudos. Since joining Qudos, Vishal has continued to play a crucial role ensuring total client satisfaction, whilst also maintaining a robust company infrastructure.
Richard Smith
Head of Strategy
Richard is responsible for the company’s digital strategy and ensuring delivery of high performance integrated digital campaigns. Richard graduated with an honours degree in computer engineering and has worked in the IT and digital marketing sector for over 10 years now. Prior to joining Qudos Richard has held strategic roles at Johnson & Johnson and Accenture.
Dr Anthony Knight
Head of Business Development
Graduating with an MBBS from Barts and The London School of Medicine, Anthony has previously worked for the NHS and various medical organisations abroad. Always having a keen interest in business, prior to joining Qudos, Anthony has also worked as a representative for Natwest Bank in Central London.
Anish Patel
Head of Rich Media
Anish is responsible for development of our rich media campaigns. Anish has over six years experience in the rich media industry and has developed numerous high performing rich media campaigns in the travel, healthcare, leisure, retail and fashion sectors. Anish graduated with an honours degree in mathematics and computer science from Manchester University and prior to pursuing his passion for rich media worked in the investment banking division of Deutsche Bank for three years.
Melanie Turner
Head of Finance & Administration
A qualified accountant Melanie is responsible for managing the company’s finances and administrative processes. Prior to joining Qudos Melanie has held similar financial management roles at Sheraton Hotels Group and Air Malaysia.
